First Gig
Just came back from our first gig with the brand new live set. We played at the highly interesting Uuden Musiikin Festivaali in Turku, but alas our own gig on the Goodbye Party on Sunday was not that great. Everyone we knew from Helsinki left, and aside from the guys from Imatran Voima and Mr Velcro Fastener, most of the crowd seemed to consist of decadent forest hippies, most of them half asleep or on drugs. Anyway, there was nothing wrong with our music and Randy (I think) from Imatran Voima seemed to really like it, even though the PA broke down halfway through. He gave me their 12” collection and I’m totally impressed by their big ass electro, it’s brilliant.
