Paradigm Shift is really just a massive patchwork of numerous samples, many taken from drifting mp3s on the net. In particular, I stole the sample in which Lawrence Lessig asks the question whether “someone who cuts and pastes something from the net is a consumer or a producer” from a random Internet radio stream. Shame on me.
Sampling/Rip-Mix-Burn/Cut’n'Paste or whatever you like to call it, is I believe, a very important cornerstone of modern (maybe all?) culture. That’s why I’m now handing these samples over to you, so that the creative process can go on!
